UCD Softball play co-ed slow pitch softball, during the college year from September to April. We compete in the Irish Softball Association intervarsity tournament as well as several indoor tournaments.
We welcome players of all levels and abilities, we provide all equipment, although we won’t stop anyone brining their own. Training takes place on campus at the 11 a side astro pitch on a Tuesday from 4-6 and on Thursday on the rugby astro from 4-5:30.
Our season takes the form of hosting and travelling to intervarsity tournaments all over the country from Galway, Limerick, Cork, Waterford and Belfast for weekends of softball and just a small amount of socialising and general misbehaving.
